The Kardashians

I'm guilty, like many people, for watching and keeping up with the Kardashians. They are what so many women are pressured to be in terms of looks and a lot of people ridicule them for it. They use Face Tune, surgery, corsets, and many other things to achieve their look. Despite this, people still can't stop watching them. They're all millionaires and billionaires because of their looks. Some might say Kylie is self-made, but she wouldn't be where she's at without her family selling their beauty from the beginning. They are the uncanny version of each ordinary woman. Women are pressured and insulted every day to have the ideal body like the Kardashians have and many oppose it, yet we still praise the Kardashians. We love to see what they are going to wear, what makeup their wearing, and so on just to hate that part of our lives. This family is so out of touch with reality that is seems pointless to try and be them. There are even existing doubles of the Kardashians that altered their appearance to match this families ideal aesthetic. I think that woman like the Kardashians can be harmful. They can only achieve their look because of money 1% of the world has, yet the rest of us are expected to look like that.
